During these he has been a staff officer, and also a team leader in active and intense counter insurgency operations, as part of the ‘Rashtriya Rifles’, in Pulwama, Baramula, Anantnag and Budgam districts. He has been deployed for counter infiltration tasks on the Line of Control in the Kupwara Sector too.
Led a team of 200 soldiers in Sudan and South Sudan, (Africa) as a UNITED NATIONS PEACEKEEPER, in the midst of a civil war.
His roles while in military service include Operations, Financial management, People Management, Logistics and Project management.
Head HR, Hyosung Corporation India Pvt Ltd (South Korean MNC) for 4 years.
